LR又出问题了？

The SCI/API system never came back to normal.

LR users can SEND and RECEIVE "MANUAL" payments.

BUT ...

THE PROBLEM LIES IN LIBERTY RESERVE PAYMENT SYSTEM AND NOT IN OUR SITE, SCRIPT OR SERVER.
