LR又出问题了？

This issue was resolved within an hour, BUT

The SCI/API system never came back to normal.

LR users can log in their accounts.
5 Y4 t/ H# K- v  ~6 `& G* {/ DLR users can SEND and RECEIVE "MANUAL" payments.

SCI/API interfaces are not working...

$ H2 O1 ?! ]; B! [1 a- _That means we cannot process our LR payout backlog and new deposits are not added automatically to our system.

API error at the moment looks like this:

支付接口打不开啊
