LR又出问题了？

Liberty Reserve has experienced a short outage for several hours due to a faulty border router in their data center 40 hours ago:

This issue was resolved within an hour, BUT

BUT ...

SCI/API interfaces are not working...

  f  K2 A! F& MThat means we cannot process our LR payout backlog and new deposits are not added automatically to our system.
