LR又出问题了？

As some of you might already know Liberty Reserve SCI/API systems was NOT WORKING for the last 40 hours.

Liberty Reserve has experienced a short outage for several hours due to a faulty border router in their data center 40 hours ago:

This issue was resolved within an hour, BUT

The SCI/API system never came back to normal.

LR users can SEND and RECEIVE "MANUAL" payments.

SCI/API interfaces are not working...

  q" f# x- Y3 U  A7 WThat means we cannot process our LR payout backlog and new deposits are not added automatically to our system.

API error at the moment looks like this:
