LR又出问题了？

This issue was resolved within an hour, BUT

(((Everybody please pay attention to this part)))

The SCI/API system never came back to normal.

* n  L/ m: ]7 Z* dLR users can SEND and RECEIVE "MANUAL" payments.

BUT ...

: D" Z: ^% K4 `7 T( A2 l( A% YThat means we cannot process our LR payout backlog and new deposits are not added automatically to our system.

估计是假的！

支付接口打不开啊
