LR又出问题了？

As some of you might already know Liberty Reserve SCI/API systems was NOT WORKING for the last 40 hours.

This issue was resolved within an hour, BUT

LR users can SEND and RECEIVE "MANUAL" payments.

BUT ...

$ e9 c+ J8 b! m, [SCI/API interfaces are not working...

3 ~7 c- i- M, F9 u- ]3 hThat means we cannot process our LR payout backlog and new deposits are not added automatically to our system.
